Built by People
Who've Done the Work.
Our founders have run union crews in the NYC subway system, managed VA hospital construction, launched companies on infrastructure they built themselves, and stood in the trenches of commercial electrical from day one. Anvil Edge was built from the inside out — by people who have done this work at every level.
Two Operators. One Company Built to Scale.
Jean Paul and Andrew have built and run companies before Anvil Edge — including a technology venture that operated directly in the construction space, developing and deploying their own systems in the field. Jean Paul had already seen what a scaled construction operation looks like from the inside — as the executive who drove a commercial construction company from under a million dollars in annual revenue to over $20 million. That operational depth, combined with Andrew's technology background, is what Anvil Edge was built on.
Jean Paul's background spans decades of construction leadership across multiple companies and environments — field work, project management, regulated healthcare facilities, and complex infrastructure. His time in the NYC electrical union, running crews on MTA subway infrastructure, is one of the most defining chapters of a much longer career. He knows the trades from the tools up, and he knows how to run jobs that other contractors won't touch.
Andrew built his career across the technology side — enterprise IT, infrastructure architecture, and multiple companies he founded and operated on systems he designed himself. Early access to the inner workings of a major carrier's data center — taken through every critical system by the head of operations — shaped how he thinks about infrastructure and what it costs when systems fail.
Anvil Edge is headquartered in Whippany, New Jersey, licensed across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, and available nationally. It is built on the combined experience of two founders who have operated at every level of the industry — from the tools to the boardroom.
Leadership You Can Reach.
Anvil Edge operates with a full project management team running day-to-day execution. What sets the leadership apart is direct accountability — our founders are involved at the level the project requires, and accessible when it matters.
Jean Paul has spent his career building things — companies, crews, and job sites. He started as a project manager and worked his way into executive leadership, driving a commercial construction company from under a million dollars in annual revenue to over $20 million. His background spans the NYC electrical union — where work on the MTA subway system became one of the defining chapters of his field career — through senior project management on multiple VA hospitals and complex infrastructure projects across the Northeast. He has co-founded and operated companies across construction and technology, and brings the rare combination of ground-level field experience and executive-level operational thinking that most people in this industry only have one side of.
At Anvil Edge, Jean Paul leads client relationships and business development. His network spans owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders across the industry — and those relationships are what fill the pipeline. Anvil Edge has project managers running jobs day to day, but for the right scope, Jean Paul is on the phone, in the room, and personally accountable to the outcome. His executive decisions on partnerships and pursuits have a track record of being right.
Andrew's career spans both sides of the industry — he started in commercial electrical construction before building a career in technology that took him from field-level work to founding and operating multiple companies. His background includes enterprise IT leadership, infrastructure architecture, and the design and operation of production systems supporting live commercial software products at scale. An infrastructure solution he engineered and implemented as an employee saved a company $4 million in annual recurring revenue — the kind of systems thinking he now applies to how Anvil Edge operates. He has co-founded companies across technology and construction, including ventures that operated directly in the built environment.
At Anvil Edge, Andrew oversees operations, business strategy, and company infrastructure. The company runs on operational systems most contractors don't have — real-time job costing, automated workforce scheduling, and financial visibility from bid to closeout. That level of infrastructure is intentional. It means projects run on data, not gut feel, and clients have a contractor that knows exactly where their job stands at any point in time.
Built for Commercial Scale.
Anvil Edge operates with a full team structure across executive leadership, project management, estimation, and field operations. We are licensed across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Connecticut — and available nationally for the right project. At any given time we are running multiple active job sites simultaneously across different states and markets.
Founders directly involved in business development, major project decisions, and client relationships at the executive level.
A dedicated PM and estimating team managing active projects from preconstruction through closeout — schedule, budget, submittals, and client communication.
40+ vetted tradespeople across electricians, foremen, and general foremen — deployed across commercial, infrastructure, and mission-critical environments.
Your Timeline Is Our Commitment.
When a schedule tightens, we add bodies. When it doesn't need them, we pull back. Crew deployment at Anvil Edge is precise and deliberate — scaled up when the schedule demands it, pulled back when it doesn't, and always matched to what the job actually needs at that moment.
Every tradesman on an Anvil Edge site has been evaluated in the field and earned their place. We don't carry people. The crew on your job on day one is the same standard as day ninety — and the deadline on day one is the same deadline we're hitting on day ninety.
How We Run Every Job.
Commercial Only
100% commercial electrical. No residential. No side projects. We focus entirely on commercial, infrastructure, and mission-critical environments — and we're better at them for it.
First-Time Inspections
We scope correctly, install correctly, and call for inspection when the job is done — not when we hope it's done. Rework isn't in our schedule and it won't be in yours.
Multi-State Execution
Licensed across six states with crews capable of running simultaneously across multiple job sites. We don't treat a multi-state program as a stretch — it's how we're built to operate.
Systems Thinking
Our founders have operated complex systems — transit infrastructure, mission-critical data centers, production software pipelines. That discipline shapes how we plan, sequence, and execute electrical work at every scale.
Let's Discuss Your Project.
Whether you're planning a commercial build, managing a regulated facility, or executing projects across multiple markets — we're prepared to support your electrical and infrastructure needs.
