Common questions.
How long does a commercial service upgrade take?
It depends mostly on equipment lead times and the utility. We plan around both from the start and give you a realistic schedule before you commit.
Can the building stay open during the upgrade?
Usually, yes. Most of the work happens with the building energized, and the cutover is planned as a short, scheduled shutdown, often overnight or on a weekend.
Do you deal with the utility company?
Yes. We prepare and submit the utility paperwork, attend the meetings and coordinate the disconnect and reconnect.
