Force Majeure

Ironcore Infrastructure LLC d/b/a Anvil Edge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under any agreement arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather, natural disasters, fire, pandemic, labor disputes, material shortages, supply chain disruptions, government actions or restrictions, utility failures, or any other circumstance that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented. In the event of a force majeure event, the affected party will notify the other party as soon as practicable and performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or the services of Ironcore Infrastructure LLC d/b/a Anvil Edge shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before resorting to litigation. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
